Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen in Montabaur suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Verfahrensmechaniker\*in Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Herstellen von Bauteilen nach Arbeitsauftrag und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Anwenden von Füge-, Montage- und Umformverfahren (manuell und maschinell)
  • Einhalten und Sicherstellen des ordnungsgemäßen Produktionsprozesses
  • Kontrolle der Fügeverbindungen und ggf. Fehlerbeseitigungen
  • Verantwortliches Abarbeiten von Produktionsaufträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben

Ihre fachliches und persönliches Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik - Fachrichtung Bauteile
  • Umfangreiches technisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung der gängigen Werkstoffe (PE/PP/PVC/PVDF)
  • Kenntnisse in diversen Schweißverfahren (WE/HS/WZ)
  • Sicherer Umgang in MS-Office und Excel
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
