### Aufgaben der Stelle

  • Rüsten, Einrichtung, Bedienung und regelmäßige Wartung von Fertigungsanlagen
  • Organisation der Verfügbarkeit von Betriebsmitteln, Durchführung der Mängelbeseitigung bzw. Veranlassung der Instandhaltung
  • Entscheidung über weitere Vorgehensweise bei Prozess- und Produktabweichung nach Rücksprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsprüfungen (Selbstkontrolle) nach Vorgabe
  • Sicherstellung der Datenerfassung im BDE-System oder vergleichbare OEE-Dokumentation
  • Mitwirkung durch Teilnahme am Prozess zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Steuerung der Abarbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen nach Produktionscockpit oder Produktionsplantafel in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Logistikansprechpartner
  • Führung des Anlagenbuches und der Schichtübergabe

### Profil der Stelle

  • Abgeschlossene 3 jährige Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff und Kautschuk
  • Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit (rollierende Schichtarbeit)
