Als MKT – Mannel Kunststofftechnik sind wir Teil der MST-Unternehmensgruppe und fertigen hochwertige Kunststoffbauteile für verschiedene Branchen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige Unterstützung in der Produktion.

  • Einrichten und Rüsten von Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Anfahren von Werkzeugen und Produktionsprozessen
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwartungen und kleineren Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung des Produktionsablaufs sowie Prozessoptimierung
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Dokumentation relevanter Produktionsdaten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Spritzgussbereich wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientiertes Auftreten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Früh- und Spätschichtsystem
  • Sauberes und modernes Arbeitsumfeld
  • Flache Hierarchien und kurze Entscheidungswege
  • Kollegiales Team mit direkter Kommunikation
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen
