Die Firma CAD-Plast GmbH ist ein mittelständiges Unternehmen und arbeiten international im Formenbau und in der Kunststofftechnik. Im Wesentlichen fertigen wir anspruchsvolle Versuchs-, Prototypen- und Serienwerkzeuge für die Automobilindustrie.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenständiges Rüsten, Einstellen und Bedienen von Spritzgießmaschinen sowie Peripheriegeräten zur Herstellung technisch und optisch anspruchsvoller Kunststoffteile
  • Planung, Durchführung und Analyse von Bemusterungen für Neuwerkzeuge
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse, Störungsbeseitigung, Neuwerkzeugmusterung
  • Prüfung von Kunststoffteilen, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellung termingerechter Teilefertigung
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Peripheriegeräten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bedienen von Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (2 Schicht)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Spaß an der Arbeit
  • wünschenswert: sicherer Umgang Kraus-Maffei und Demag
