Für ein innovatives, mittelständiges Industrieunternehmen aus dem Kunststoffspritzgussbereich suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Verfahrensmechaniker für den Produktionsstandort in der Region Roth.

Unser Angebot:

  • Verdienstmöglichkeit von 18 – 22€/h (je nach Berufserfahrung)
  • Übernahme durch das Kundenunternehmen geplant

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Überwachen von Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen (Arburg, Demag, Fanuc)
  • Einstellen der Peripherieanlagen wie Handlings, Mühlen und Förderbänder
  • Analysieren und beheben von Maschinenstörungen
  • Prüfen der vorgegebenen Qualitätskriterien an den Erzeugnissen und anpassen von Produktionsparametern bei Abweichungen
  • Verantwortlich für deinen eigenen Fertigungsbereich / sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs
  • Dokumentation der allgemeinen Schichtergebnisse wie Stückzahl, Ausschuss, Maschinenstörungen, etc.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Unternehmen als Verfahrensmechaniker
  • 3-Schichtbereitschaft
  • Eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes
