Im Auftrag eines namhaften Kunden aus der Region Pforzheim suchen wir genau Sie als Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststofftechnik (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichtung und sachgerechte Bedienung von Spritzgussmaschinen mit den dazugehörigen Peripherien und Automatisierungen
  • Überwachung der Serienproduktion und Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Freigabeprüfungen
  • Dokumentation von Fertigungspapieren und Unterlagen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse einschließlich Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Instandhaltung und Wartungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststofftechnik (m/w/d) , Fachrichtung Formteile oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Erfahrung im Spritzgießen von Flüssigsilikonen (LSR)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Wechselschicht oder Nachtschicht)
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
