AVENPOL ist ein junges Tech-Startup mit der Mission die Industrie mit nachhaltigen Kunststoffen zu verändern. Dafür haben wir den CAVITY - Prozess entwickelt, mit der Polyethylen neue Eigenschaften aufgeprägt werden. Auf dieser Basis entwickeln wir recyclingfähige Halbzeuge für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • selbstständiges Bedienen und Überwachen der Produktionsanlagen
  • Dokumentation der Qualität
  • Tests an neuen Produktionsanlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Dokumentation von Reparaturen, Instandhaltungsarbeiten, technischen Änderungen und Projektfortschritten
  • Warten der Produktionsanlagen entsprechend Wartungsplänen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker oder Kunststofftechnologen
  • oder handwerklich-technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Extrusion
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse an innovativen Werkstoffen
