### *#The Job: *

Für unseren Hauptstandort in Ingolstadt / Gaimersheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verfahrensmechaniker Laminiertechnik (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

### *#You Do: *

  • Zuschneiden von Fasergeweben (CFK, GFK, Aramid)
  • Nacharbeiten und Vorbereiten der Werkzeuge für das nachfolgende Laminieren
  • Laminieren von Faserlagen nach Laminierplan (Handlaminat, Prepreg, Infusion etc.)
  • Einlegen der Fasern in Formen, Entlüften und Imprägnieren mit Harz
  • Durchführung von Vakuumverfahren (Vakuumsack, Harzinfusion)
  • Bedienen von Autoklaven oder Härteöfen
  • Entformen, Nachbearbeitung und Qualitätskontrolle der Bauteile
  • Sicht- und Maßkontrollen
  • Pflege von Werkzeugen, Formen und Geräten

### *#You Are: *

  • Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CFK/GFK-Laminaten
  • Kenntnisse von Laminiertechniken (Handlaminat, Prepreg, Infusion)
  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Laminierplänen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Werkstoffkunde
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Harzen, Härtern, Vakuumtechnik und Autoklaven (von Vorteil)
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und präzise, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gutes Qualitätsbewusstsein
