  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) mit Fachrichtung Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen zur Kunststoffverarbeitung (z. B. Spritzgießen, Extrudieren oder Thermoformen)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten und Einhaltung der Prozessparameter
  • Überprüfung der gefertigten Produkte mit Prüfmitteln gemäß Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Maschinen und Prüfmitteln
  • Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (falls erforderlich)
