Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung und Stichprobenkontrolle der Qualität der laufenden Produktion
  • Einrichten der Spritzgussmaschinen & Rüsten der Werkzeuge
  • Sicherstellen der Vollständigkeit von produktionsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Programmierung von Handling-Systemen und Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse (Parameter, Zyklusreduzierung, Stillstands Reduzierung)

Sie bringen mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker m/w/d Kunststoff- & Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Formteile
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion von Kunstoffspritzgussteilen
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im QM Systeme (Automotive)
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
