### Wir suchen für ein mittelständisches kunststoffverarbeitendes Unternehmen aus dem Automobilzulieferbereich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) zur Direktvermittlung.

### Unser Angebot:

  • Direktvermittlung in das Kundenunternehmen
  • Jahresgehalt von bis zu 45.000€

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten, Einstellen und Überwachen der Kunststoffspritzgussanlagen
  • Suche, Analyse und Beheben von Maschinenstörungen
  • Achten auf vorgegebene Qualitätskriterien an den Erzeugnissen und ggfs. Anpassung der Produktionsparameter bei Abweichungen
  • Verantwortung für deinen eigenen Fertigungsbereich (Shopfloor-Management) und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Fertigungsablaufs
  • Bemustern von Neuwerkzeugen und Werkzeugänderungen
  • Dokumentieren der allgemeinen Schichtergebnisse wie Stückzahl, Ausschuss, Maschinenstörungen, etc.

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Unternehmen als Verfahrensmechaniker und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Bemusterung von Kunststoffspritzgusswerkzeugen
  • 3-Schichtbereitschaft
