# Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Rüsten und Einrichten von Spritzgießmaschinen und Peripheriegeräten
- Anfahren der Spritzgießmaschinen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Prozesszustandes
- Produktionsfreigabe gemeinsam mit QS
- Produktionsabläufe überwachen, optimieren und dokumentieren
- Störungen beheben
- Durchführung von Pflege- und Wartungsarbeiten an Werkzeugen und Maschinen
Anforderungen:
- Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik Fachrichtung Formteile
- Oder: Berufsausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, Erfahrung im Bereich Spritzgießen von Vorteil
- Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Technisches Verständnis
- Hohes Qualitätsbewußtsein
