Für unsere Kunden aus der Kunststoffbranche suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik .

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsmaschinen und Anlagen zur Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Rüst- und Einstellarbeiten an den Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Kunststoffteile und Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualität
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Produktionsstörungen
  • Durchführung von Prozess- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Dokumentation von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten im Rahmen der betrieblichen Vorgaben
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktionsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen und Anlagen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, sofern erforderlich

Auch Bewerber (m/w/d) mit vergleichbarer technischer Ausbildung und entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung sind willkommen.
