Für unseren Kunden in Ansbach suchen wir ab sofort einen Verfahrensmechaniker m/w/d für Kunststofftechnik.

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und dazu noch Berufserfahrung, dann melden Sie sich doch gerne bei uns.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (bzw. Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe).
  • Fachkenntnisse: Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Arburg-Spritzgussmaschinen und Wittmann-Robotern .
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die reibungslose Kommunikation und Dokumentation.
  • Arbeitsweise: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem sowie handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Einrichten: Vorbereiten, Einstellen und In-Betrieb-Nehmen von Spritzgussmaschinen sowie den dazugehörigen Peripheriegeräten (der Maschinenpark umfasst 27 Spritzgussmaschinen von 6 t bis 460 t Schließkraft).
  • Produktionsüberwachung: Laufende Kontrolle des Fertigungsprozesses und eigenständiges Beheben von Störungen bei Abweichungen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Durchführung und Sicherstellung der serientechnischen Qualitätsprüfungen der produzierten Spritzgussteile.
  • Mitarbeiteranleitung: Unterstützung und fachliche Anweisung des Produktionspersonals vor Ort.
