Deine Aufgaben:

  • Einrichten, Rüsten, Anfahren und Optimieren von Werkzeugen, Robotern und Maschinen (Typen Demag und Haitian)
  • Sicherstellen einer reibungslosen Materialplanung sowie Werkzeugbereitstellung
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Produktionsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Prozessabläufen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Kunststofftechnologe, Kunststoff-Formgeber oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kunststoff-Spritzgussfertigung
  • Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Farbbatches und Additiven
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Schichtführung von Vorteil
  • 3-Schichtbereitschaft (N-S-F, 39 h/Woche)
