Wir von der SULO Umwelttechnik suchen eine Person (m/w/d), die mit Präzision und handwerklichem Geschick aus Rohstoffen hochwertige Produkte entstehen lässt. Du verstehst die Kunst, Maschinen zu bedienen und Prozesse zu steuern, sodass die Produktion immer auf Hochtouren läuft? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Mission:

Als Verfahrensmechaniker*in (m/w/d) bringst du dein Know-how in der Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen und Kautschuk ein und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Bauteil den höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen genügt. Dich erwarten spannende Herausforderungen, bei denen du deine Fähigkeiten täglich unter Beweis stellen kannst!

Deine Tätigkeit:

  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsleistung
  • Rüsten und Anfahren von Spritzgießmaschin
  • Aufbau der Werkzeuge und Peripher
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Umbauarbeit
  • Sicherstellen von Abläufen, z. B. Herstellen von Teilen, Materialanforderung, Qualitätskontrolle sowie Freigabeprüfung gemäß Werkerselbstprüfung
  • Staplerschein wünschenswert

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker im Bereich Kunststoff / Kautschuk oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spritzgussmaschinen zwingend erforderlich
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständige Arbeitsweise werden vorausgesetzt
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
