Aufgaben

Überwachen, Betreuen und Einrichten der Produktionsanlagen (Spritzgießmaschinen, Vorrichtungen, Verpackungsstationen)
Beseitigen von Störungen an o.g. Produktionsanlagen
Überwachen / Optimieren der Fertigungsprozesse (Qualität, Zyklus, Artikelgewicht und Prozessparameter)
Einweisen und Anleiten der Produktionshelfer, Kontrollieren der Arbeitsnachweise
Unterrichten des Vorgesetzten bei Maschinendefekten oder bei Nichteinhalten von Vorgaben (Qualität, Termine)
Pflegen und Warten der Spritzgießmaschinen, Betriebsmittel und Anlagen
Ausfüllen von Produktions-/Qualitätsdokumenten nach GMP

Voraussetzungen

erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker KST/Kautschuk FR Formteile
mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit, analytisches technisches Denkvermögen, Flexibilität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Computer- und Microsoft-Office-Grundkenntnisse, Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, Grundkenntnisse Englisch, strengstes Hygienebewusstsein
