Für unseren Kunden in Vlotho suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik – Fachrichtung Formteile / Spritzguss in Vollzeit und Tagschicht.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Umrüsten und Einrichten der Produktionsmaschinen
  • Anfahren und Einstellen der Maschinen bis zur Produktionsfreigabe
  • Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualität und Quantität des Maschinenausstoßes
  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Maschinenzyklen sowie Einfärbedaten nach Spezifikation
  • Durchführung von Werkzeugwartungen
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Werkzeugabnahmen einschließlich Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Formteile
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
