Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d/x)

  • Dein Profil als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d/x):
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststofftechnik (m/w/d/x) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von Kunststoffteilen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im Spritzgießprozess
  • Technisches Verständnis und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Deine Aufgaben als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d/x):
  • Termin- und qualitätsgerechte Herstellung von Spritzgussteilen gemäß Produktionsauftrag und Arbeitsanweisung
  • Eigenverantwortliches Einrichten, Anfahren, Abrüsten sowie Optimieren der Spritzgussmaschinen mit den dazugehörigen Peripheriegeräten und Anlagen
  • Erkennen und Beseitigen von Fertigungsstörungen
  • Dokumentation des Fertigungsprozesses (u.a. Schichtprotokoll, Werkzeugwechsel, Planungstafel, Kontrollblatt)
  • Überwachung der Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Teilekontrolle und deren Dokumentation, Erteilung von Fertigungsfreigaben, Sperren von Ausschussteilen
