# Verkaufskraft (m/w/d) – Teilzeit oder längerfristige Aushilfe

Arbeitsort: Heidelberger Altstadt | Unsere zwei Hut- und Souvenirgeschäfte

Wir suchen ab sofort zeitlich flexible Unterstützung für unsere bunten Geschäfte mit internationaler Kundschaft. Teilzeit ist sowohl kurzfristig (zunächst bis Anfang Januar) als auch längerfristig oder unbefristet möglich. Aushilfen suchen wir ausschließlich für eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit.

## Deine Aufgaben

Freundliche Beratung und Verkauf, Begrüßung internationaler Gäste, Warenpräsentation, Ordnung und Unterstützung im täglichen Geschäft.

## Das ist uns besonders wichtig

  • Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf auch kurzfristig einzuspringen
  • Verfügbarkeit an mindestens drei halben Tagen pro Woche
  • Einsatz mindestens jedes zweite Wochenende (Samstag oder Sonntag)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Spanisch und weitere Sprachen willkommen
  • Serviceorientierung, Freude an Menschen verschiedener Kulturen, Ehrlichkeit, Teamgeist und Ordnungssinn
  • Mindestalter 18 Jahre; Verkaufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

## Das bieten wir

Ein sympathisches Team, abwechslungsreiche Arbeit mit internationalen Gästen, flexible Dienstplanung nach Absprache, bezahlten Urlaub, Sonntagszuschlag und Jahressonderzahlung. Zuzahlung D-Ticket 109%. Überstunden werden vergütet oder können nach Absprache in der Nebensaison abgebaut werden. Bei längerfristiger Beschäftigung sind längere unbezahlte Auszeiten nach Absprache möglich.
