Wir suchen für unsere EDEKA Märkte in Stuttgart und Neuhausen auf den Fildern ab sofort eine Sortimentsbeauftragte in der Molkereiabteilung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie beraten unsere Kunden
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Warenpräsentation, -pflege, -disposition, und -annahme
  • Sie achten auf die Qualität und Frische unserer Waren inkl. der MHD-Prüfung
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Erreichen von Umsatz- und Ertragszielen und das Durchführen der Inventur
  • Sie arbeiten entsprechend HACCP, den QS-Vorgaben der EDEKA und anderer gesetzlicher Vorschriften

Stellenanforderungen

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Fachgeschäft oder im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Sie verfügen über Berufs- und Verkaufserfahrungen im Warenbereich
  • Sie haben einen gültigen Sachkundenachweis nach der Lebensmittelhygieneverordnung
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Kostenbewusstsein sind Ihnen vertraut
  • Kundenorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sind Ihre Stärken
  • Organisationstalent: Sie agieren verantwortungsbewusst und besitzen Teamgeist
  • Sie lieben Lebensmittel: Sie haben Spaß am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
