Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Schließfunktion: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Marktabschluss und stellst sicher, dass alles ordnungsgemäß vorbereitet ist
  • Organisation: Ob an der Kasse, beim Einräumen neuer Ware oder beim Tagesabschluss – du behältst den Überblick, arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und bringst dich tatkräftig ein
  • Kundenberatung: Im direkten Kontakt überzeugst du durch Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Servicebereitschaft
  • Teamarbeit: Du leitest dein Team und gemeinsam sorgst ihr für ein Einkaufserlebnis, das begeistert

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung im Einzelhandel – idealerweise als Verkäufer:in, Kassierer:in oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und trittst sicher auf
  • Warenkenntnisse: Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelbereich sind von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierung & Teamgeist: Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und zuverlässige Zusammenarbeit im Team
