  • Als Verkäufer in Vollzeit (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung bei Kassentätigkeiten, in der Warenannahme und unterstützt im Team tatkräftig bei Verkaufsaktionen.
  • Steige bei uns mit einer Vollzeitstelle ein und trage aktiv dazu bei, dass Deichmann Marktführer in Deutschland und Europa bleibt. Dein Einsatz als Verkäufer in Vollzeit (m/w/d) wird mit einer fairen Vergütung und weiteren finanziellen Vorteilen belohnt.

Aufgaben:

  • Durch aktive Teilnahme am Tagesgeschäft im Verkauf bist du Vorbild, Motivator und Coach für das Team.
  • Du unterstützt deine Führungskraft in Vertriebs- und Ausbildungsthemen.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation und die Ordnung und Sauberkeit des Verkaufsraums.
  • Du interessierst dich für wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und trägst zur langfristigen, positiven Weiterentwicklung der Filiale bei.

Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und eine engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du schreibst Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft groß.
  • Du bringst unternehmerisches Denken mit und bist ein Organisationstalent.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst motivierend auf deine Teamkollegen einwirken.
  • Du bist gerne körperlich aktiv, bist modebewusst und kennst die aktuellen Trends.
