Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Verkäufer (m/w/d) E-Commerce in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung bei der Produktauswahl
  • Persönlicher Kundenkontakt vor Ort
  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen
  • Auftragsbearbeitung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Abwicklung unseres Onlinegeschäfts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team in den Bereichen Verkauf und Auftragsabwicklung

Das bringst du mit

  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und am Verkauf
  • Interesse an Autos, sportlichem Zubehör und Tuning
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und E-Mail
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative

Du musst kein Automotive-Profi sein. Wichtig sind uns vor allem deine Motivation, deine Kommunikationsstärke und dein Interesse daran, dich in unsere Produkte und Abläufe einzuarbeiten.

  • Vollzeitstelle bei der MMM Automotive GmbH in Bochum
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag, 8:30–17:00 Uhr
