  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • » Sie beraten Kund*innen (m/w/d) am POS im Fachmarkt zu allen Anliegen rund um die Produkte Internet, Festnetz, Mobilfunk, Vernetzung im Segment Privatkunden sowie Geschäftskunden
  • » Sie führen Verkaufsgespräche zu den einzelnen Produkten/Dienstleistungen und helfen Kund*innen (m/w/d), die richtigen Produkte für ihre Bedürfnisse zu finden
  • » Sie wirken an produktspezifischen Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen und Kampagnen mit
  • » Sie klären Kundenanliegen und lösen Problemstellungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • » Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzelhandel o. Ä. von Vorteil
  • » Interesse und Verständnis im Bereich Internet, Festnetz und Mobilfunk
  • » Freude am Beraten und Verkaufen
