Wir suchen für unseren o2 Shop in Nienburg eine engagierte und zuverlässige Verstärkung im Verkauf. Wenn du Freude am Kundenkontakt hast und dich für Mobilfunk, Tarife und Technik begeisterst, passt du perfekt zu uns.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Beratung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden zu Mobilfunk-, Festnetz- und DSL-Produkten
  • Verkauf von Smartphones, Verträgen, Zubehör und Dienstleistungen
  • Durchführung von Vertragsverlängerungen und Tarifoptimierungen
  • Service und Problemlösung für Bestandskunden
  • Sicherstellung eines sauberen, professionellen Shop-Auftritts
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder im Mobilfunkbereich ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Zielstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freundlicher, sicherer Umgang mit Kunden
  • Eigenständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
