Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abschlussorientierte Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Telekommunikationsumfeld
  • Verkauf von digitalen Produkten und Services einschließlich Kassiervorgängen
  • Eigenständige Aktualisierung und Anwendung von Produkt- und Fachwissen
  • Unterstützung administrativer Abläufe sowie Mitwirkung bei der Warenwirtschaft
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und eines positiven Kundenerlebnisses

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Verkauf
  • Freude am Verkaufen sowie ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sicheres Auftreten, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache sowie Bereitschaft, sich Fachwissen anzueignen
  • Ein aktuelles und eintragsfreies Führungszeugnis
