Für unseren Mandanten, einen führenden Akteur im Bereich Gartenbau und Pflanzenhandel in der Region Niederrhein, der ein anregendes Arbeitsumfeld mit engen Schnittstellen zwischen den Abteilungen und einem hervorragenden Betriebsklima bietet, suchen wir einen Verkaufsassistenten (m/w/d) – Polnischer Markt, Fließendes Deutsch und Polnisch

### Ihre Aufgaben:

Im Rahmen der Ersterschließung des osteuropäischen Marktes unterstützen Sie die Vertriebsaktivitäten für Polen:

  • Abwicklung und Nachbereitung von Kundenaufträgen für den polnischen Markt.
  • Weiterer Ausbau des osteuropäischen Marktes und Betreuung der Bestandskunden in Osteuropa
  • Neukundenakquise gewünscht
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Produzenten und der internen Logistik.
  • Arbeiten mit dem hauseigenen Warenwirtschaftssystem.
  • Reisetätigkeit nach Polen (mindestens einmal jährlich).

### Ihr Profil:

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Polnisch sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift). Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Pflanzenkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich .
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung , ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie 1 bis 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung .
  • Eigenschaften: Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Region: Bewerbende aus der näheren Umgebung (Niederrhein) werden bevorzugt.

### Was Ihnen geboten wird:

  • Vertragsart: Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag auf 2 Jahre (Vollzeit - 40 Std./Woche) mit konkreter Übernahmeoption in ein unbefristetes Anstellungsverhältnis
  • Starttermin: Februar 2027
  • Weiterbildung: Übernahme und Förderung sinnvoller Fort- und Weiterbildungen.
