### Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung z. B. als Automobilkaufmann (all genders)
  • Leidenschaft für Mobilität – egal ob Verbrenner, hybrid oder elektrisch
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen – ob introvertiert, extrovertiert oder irgendwas dazwischen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, gute Allgemeinbildung und sicheres, authentisches Auftreten
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf im Autohaus ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss – wir bringen dir bei, was du brauchst
  • Motivation, selbstständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten - ohne allein gelassen zu werden
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke - dazu gehört auch die Fähigkeit, auch mal zuzuhören
