Aufgabenbereich

  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Ersatzteilbereich
  • Verkauf und Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör
  • Ermittlung und Zuordnung der passenden Ersatzteile
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen
  • Warenannahme, Lagerverwaltung und Bestandskontrolle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstatt, Verkauf und Lieferanten

Qualifikationen

  • Technisches Interesse und Verständnis
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Ersatzteilverkauf von Vorteil
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
