Aufgaben

  • Als Verkaufsexpert*in bist du die erste Ansprechperson für bestehende und neue Kund*innen
  • Du berätst zu unterschiedlichen Produkten der Österreichischen Post (Telekommunikation, Finanzbereich, etc.)
  • Du erkennst die Bedürfnisse der Kund*innen, präsentierst passende Lösungen, verwandelst gute Gespräche in einen Abschluss und sorgst dafür, dass Kund*innen gerne wiederkommen

Qualifikationen

  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und machst den ersten Schritt, statt zu warten, bis jemand zu dir kommt
  • Ein "Nein" wirft dich nicht aus der Bahn - du weißt, dass es zum Verkauf dazugehört
  • Du trittst sicher und freundlich auf und stellst Service wirklich in den Mittelpunkt
  • Du arbeitest verlässlich und eigenständig, bist aber genauso gerne Teil eines Teams
