### Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) Flagship-Store

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktiver und kompetenter Verkauf der Schreibgerätekollektion
  • Sichere und fachkundige Beratung der Kunden
  • Überzeugende und professionelle visuelle Präsentation der Marke LAMY im Store und im Schaufenster
  • Sichere Handhabung des Kassensystems
  • Abwicklung des gesamten E-Shop-Betriebs
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Social Media (Instagram / Facebook Shops)
  • Unterstützung der Store-Leitung bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit im Backoffice
  • Waren- und Lagerpflege

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Einzelhandel, Hotellerie) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert (Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) willkommen)
  • Verkaufsgeschick, hohe Verkaufskompetenz mit Abschlusssicherheit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Kommunikationsstärke und Menschenkenntnis
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Begeisterung für die Marke LAMY
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
