### Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenberatung: Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden typgerecht und kompetent rund um die Themen Mobilfunk, Tarife, Smartphones und digitale Services.
  • Verkauf & Service: Du machst jeden Shop-Besuch zum Erlebnis, verkaufst aktiv Produkte und sorgst für erstklassigen Service.
  • Shop-Gestaltung: Du präsentierst unseren Shop und unsere Produkte ansprechend und modern.
  • Abwicklung: Du übernimmst Vertragsabschlüsse, Kassenführung und Reklamationsbearbeitung.

  • Technik-Affinität: Smartphones, Gadgets und Telekommunikation interessieren Dich.
