Bearbeitung von telefonischen, schriftlichen u. digitalen Bestellungen und der nachfolgenden Auftragserfassung

Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung

Aktives Up- und Cross-Selling Aktivitäten im Rahmen eines verkaufsaktiven Innendienstes

Koordination einer professionellen Reklamationsabwicklung

Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit firmeninternen Abteilungen (Außendienst, Einkauf, Logistik, Produktmanagement, Marketing)

Unterstützung bei Werbe- und Marketing Maßnahmen der SynthesaGruppe

Mitarbeit in Projekten

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung und Fachwissen im Kundenservice

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und Excel

Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP/ERP, CRM oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware von Vorteil

Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt

Serviceorientiertheit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Stressresistenz
