## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung, Motivation und Steuerung des gesamten Verkaufsteams im Automobilvertrieb am Standort
  • Analyse von Vertriebskennzahlen (KPIs), Marktbeobachtung und Umsetzung regionaler Verkaufsstrategien
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenberatung, Vertragsabwicklung und Fahrzeugübergabe

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automobilverkauf und Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Leasing, Finanzierung und Zusatzdienstleistungen
  • Eine starke und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit
