Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d)

Die Position als Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d) erfordert erfolgsorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Gestaltung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in der Verkaufsabteilung und für die Erreichung vereinbarter Ertrags- und Wachstumsziele. Sie führen Marktrecherchen sowie Preisvergleiche durch, analysieren den Fahrzeugmarkt und dessen Entwicklung. Darüber legen Sie besonderen Wert auf den langfristigen Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und die bestmögliche Mitarbeiterführung im Autohaus.

zertifizierter Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d)•Unternehmerisches Denken und Professionalität•Soziale Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Führen eines Teams•Zielsicher im Umgang mit den verkaufstypischen Hilfsmitteln wie Internet und MS Office•Positive Ausstrahlung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit•Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der Prozesse in Verkauf und Service•Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung•Fundierte fachliche sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse•Analytische Fähigkeiten und Markterfahrung im Automobilbereich
