## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die selbstständige Führung eines Verkaufsbezirks mit mehreren Filialen.
  • Als Verkaufsleiter (m/w/d) sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf hinsichtlich Organisation, Planung, Revision und Personal.

## Sie bieten

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Handel mit mindestens 5 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder ein erfolgreich absolviertes betriebswirtschaftliches Fach-/ Hochschulstudium mit erster Berufserfahrung im Handel
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
  • organisatorisches Talent
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Ehrgeiz und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • erfolgsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
