DAS ERWARTET SIE

  • Sie sorgen für die Umsetzung unserer Filialkonzepte und sind verantwortlich für die Analyse und Optimierung von Kennzahlen.
  • Sie setzen Vertriebsaktionen im Markt erfolgreich um.
  • Sie führen Ihre Mitarbeiter mit Fingerspitzengefühl und motivieren sie zu Höchstleistungen.
  • Sie erweitern stetig Ihr Know-how zu unseren Produkten und Services.

DAS ZEICHNET SIE AUS

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verkäufer\* oder Kaufmann\* im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben bereits (erste) Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrung im Handelsumfeld.
  • In Herausforderungen sehen Sie echte Chancen.
  • Sie besitzen eine Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägtes problemorientiertes Vorgehen.
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark und können Menschen für sich begeistern.
