Verkaufsleitung Neuwagen BMW (m/w/d) in Hildesheim

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Vertrieb unserer Neuwagen – mit dem Blick eines echten Automobilkaufmanns (m/w/d).
  • Du führst ein motiviertes Team von Verkäufern, Zukäufern, Vertriebskoordinatoren sowie Auszubildenden (jeweils m/w/d) entwickelst Verkaufsprozesse weiter und sorgst für messbaren Erfolg im Autohaus.
  • Im direkten Kundenkontakt überzeugst Du als Vorbild im Verkauf – mit Leidenschaft fürs Automobil und Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Du analysierst Marktpotenziale, gestaltest das Produktangebot aktiv mit und entwickelst durchdachte Einkaufs- und Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Bestehende Kundenbeziehungen stärkst Du nachhaltig – und gewinnst mit Deinem Team neue Kunden für unsere Markenwelt.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Automobilvertrieb in einer Führungsposition – idealerweise als Verkaufsleitung.
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Autohaus.
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und sicheres Auftreten im Verkauf sowie sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools.
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B.
