Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren VW Standort in Flensburg eine

Verkaufsleitung Neuwagen und Gebrauchtwagen (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Umsetzung der Verkaufsziele
  • Erforderliche Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau der Marktanteile durch systematische Marktbearbeitung
  • Planung um Umsetzung der Marketingaktivitäten
  • Führung und Motivation des Verkaufsteams
  • Pflege und ständiger Ausbau eines eigenen Kontaktnetzwerkes
  • Steuerung des Kundenzufriedenheitsmanagements im Unternehmensbereich
  • Ertrags- und Budgetverantwortung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Mindestens mehrjährige Erfahrung als Automobilverkäufer ( m/w/d), idealerweise mit erster Führungsverantwortung
  • Strategisches unternehmerisches Denken
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Fundierte Markt und Branchenkenntnisse
