Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen:

Du bist genau dort wo unsere Kund:innen dich brauchen. Online im digitalen Raum!

Du berätst unsere Kund:innen mittels digitalen Tools (Webcam, Chat) oder auch am Telefon, verkaufst unsere Produkte und Lösungen und sorgst für ein nachhaltiges Kundenerlebnis.

Du unterstützt bei Vertragsverlängerungen, Tarifwechseln, Neuverträgen und Zubehörverkauf.

Du erklärst verständlich unsere digitalen Produkte, Apps und Services.

Du sorgst für ein Top-Kundenerlebnis per Telefon und trägst zum Erfolg deines A1 Shops bei.

Das KV-Bruttomonatsgehalt (Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft) für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.606,14 für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)

Gehalt monatlich nach 1. Jahr Unternehmenszugehörigkeit 3.017,57 Euro brutto für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)

A1 Top-Prämienmodell: Verdiene bis zu 30 % mehr pro Quartal – abhängig von deinem persönlichen Verkaufserfolg

Du passt gut zu uns als Mitarbeiter:in, wenn du:

Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hast & hilfsbereit bist

Digital lebst und dieses Mindset an unsere Kund:innen weitergeben kannst.

Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau beherrschst und mindestens einen Pflichtschulabschluss hast.

Zeitlich flexibel bist und gerne zu den Öffnungszeiten im A1 Shop arbeitest.
