Du bist kommunikativ, liebst Smartphones, Internet & Technik und hast Lust auf Verkauf im A1 Shop? Dann starte jetzt als Mitarbeiter:in im A1 Shop und werde Teil der #1 in der Telekommunikation in Österreich.

Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen:

  • Du berätst und verkaufst direkt im A1 Shop persönlich sowie telefonisch – sowohl Mobilfunk, Internet, TV als auch digitale Lösungen.
  • Du findest die beste Lösung für unsere Kund:innen – im direkten Kontakt vor Ort im A1 Shop, einfach telefonisch oder manchmal auch im Zuge von Door-to-Door-Tätigkeiten (D2D).
  • Du unterstützt bei Vertragsverlängerungen, Tarifwechseln, Neuverträgen und Zubehörverkauf.
  • Du erklärst verständlich unsere digitalen Produkte, Apps und Services.
  • Du sorgst für ein Top-Kundenerlebnis und trägst zum Erfolg deines A1 Shops bei.

Du profitierst von attraktiven Benefits:

  • Das KV-Bruttomonatsgehalt (Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft) für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.716,14 für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)
  • Gehalt monatlich nach 1. Jahr Unternehmenszugehörigkeit 3.017,57 Euro brutto für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit)
  • A1 Top-Prämienmodell: Verdiene bis zu 30 % mehr pro Quartal – abhängig von deinem persönlichen Verkaufserfolg

Du passt gut zu uns als Mitarbeiter:in, wenn du:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hast & hilfsbereit bist
  • Digital lebst und dieses Mindset an unsere Kund:innen weitergeben kannst.
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau beherrschst und mindestens einen Pflichtschulabschluss hast.
  • Zeitlich flexibel bist und gerne zu den Öffnungszeiten im A1 Shop arbeitest.
