Über uns:

AVA Food GmbH ist ein wachsendes Handelsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Parfüms und Kosmetikprodukten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte Person im Bereich Verkauf und Kundenbetreuung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen per Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Verkaufsdaten
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen
  • Aktive telefonische Betreuung bestehender und neuer Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Lager und Versand zur reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Anforderungen:
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschafts- und Bestellsystem
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im telefonischen Verkauf und in der Kundenkommunikation
  • Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse (MS Office, E-Mail, Internet)
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
