Verkaufsprofi Holzbau (m/w/d)

Unser Sortiment umfasst das komplette Spektrum Böden, Türen, Platten- und Holzbauprodukte, welches wir mit einem umfangreichen Serviceportfolio unseren Kunden bieten.

Der Vertriebsinnendienst ist für unsere Kunden ein wichtiger und kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle vorhandenen Fragen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kompetente telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer gewerblichen Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Ganzheitliche Auftragsabwicklung - von der Anfrage über die Auftragserfassung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem (technischen) Außendienst sowie internen Fachabteilungen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft
  •  
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Holz oder Plattenwerkstoffe
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Innendienst, im Holzhandel, in der Holzverarbeitung oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke sowie team- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken bei technischen Fragestellungen
