  • Profil:
  • Angenehme Telefonstimme und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH) und einschlägige Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse) - Erfahrung mit SAP ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Call/Contactcenter wünschenswert oder von Vorteil
  • Aufgabenbereiche:
  • Telefonische Betreuung/Beratung von Bestandskunden und Neukundengewinnung
  • Umsatzverantwortung und selbstständige Betreuung über bestehendes Gebiet
  • Auftragsannahme und Auftragsvorbereitung
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Auftragsbearbeitung und Kunden
  • Angebotserstellung/-verwaltung /-nachverfolgung
  • Reklamationsabwicklung und Aktualisierung der Datenbank
