Ihre spannenden Aufgaben:

· Kompetente Betreuung von Fachhandel, Key Accounts, Rahmenvertragspartnern und Endkunden

· Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung

· Unterstützung des Außendienstes in allen vertriebsrelevanten und organisatorischen Belangen

· Pflege des CRM-Systems sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken

· Lösungsorientierte Kundenbetreuung und professionelles Reklamationsmanagement

· Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten, Veranstaltungen und der Betreuung des Schauraums

· Organisation administrativer Abläufe und laufende Abstimmung mit der deutschen Zentrale

Ihr passendes Profil:

· Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

· Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst bzw. in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Position

· Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen

· Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

· Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten

· Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Positive, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
