  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung und Verwaltung von Händlerbestellungen
  • Disposition und Zuteilung von Neufahrzeugen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Fahrzeugbeständen und Fahrzeugstatus
  • Ansprechpartner_In für Händler und Gebietsleiter bei Fragen zu Bestellungen, Verfügbarkeiten und Lieferungen
  • Abstimmung mit Hersteller, Logistikpartnern und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Anlage und Pflege von Modellen sowie Eingabe und Verwaltung von Produktions- und Mengenplänen im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Gutschriften
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität sowie Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (HAK, HBLA, AHS oder vergleichbar)
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Disposition oder im Automotive-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Stressresistenz und die Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, AS400 Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Genauigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Arbeitszeit:
  • Montag bis Donnerstag von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr, Freitag bis 12:30

Der Lohn/die Gehaltsangabe bezieht sich auf eine durchschnittliche monatliche Arbeitszeit von 167 Stunden und beträgt mind. 2.500,-€ brutto pro Monat. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
