Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Leitung: Verantwortung für den gesamten Güterkraftverkehr und die Disposition des eigenen Fuhrparks.
  • Einhaltung von Vorschriften: Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben (EU-Kraftverkehrsrecht, Lenk- und Ruhezeiten, StVO, UVV).
  • Fuhrparkmanagement: Steuerung von Wartung, Instandhaltung und Optimierung unserer Fahrzeuge.
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, der Tourenplanung und den Behörden.
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Fachliche Anleitung und Betreuung unserer Kraftfahrer sowie Organisation von Schulungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IHK-Fachkundeprüfung für den Güterkraftverkehr (Verkehrsleiterqualifikation) oder eine vergleichbare logistische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufspraxis in der Spedition, LKW-Logistik oder Fuhrparkleitung
  • Persönlichkeit: Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am Umgang mit Fahrpersonal.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: Guter Umgang mit gängigen Dispositionsprogrammen und MS Office.
