Das erwartet Sie

Als Verlademitarbeiter:in / Terminalmitarbeiter:in Verladung in Schichtarbeit für die Einheit Operative Steuerung der K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH am Standort Hamburg übernehmen Sie - zunächst befristet für zwei Jahre - ab dem 01.11.2026 im Drei-Schicht-System folgende Aufgaben:

  • Belade- und Entladetätigkeiten (Seeschiffe, Container, LKW, Bahnwaggons)
  • Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen, Radladern und 2-Wege-Fahrzeugen
  • Bedienung von Beladeanlagen
  • Absacktätigkeiten
  • Reinigungsarbeiten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen bzw. technischen Beruf
  • Technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft zu Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hafenlogistik
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Einhaltung der betrieblichen Vorgaben im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Mehrarbeit auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Fahrausweis für Flurförderfahrzeuge (Gabelstapler) ist wünschenswert
  • Fließende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse - mind. B2
