  • Herstellen und Fortführen der digitalen Liegenschaftskarte
  • Prüfen und Fortführen von Eintragungsnachrichten der Grundbuchämter
  • Pflege digital geführter Datenbestände u.a. Übernahme von Baulasten mittel QGIS
  • Kommunikation mit Grundbuchämtern, Städten und Gemeinden des Kreis Düren sowie anderen Fachämtern zur Erfüllung der genannten Aufgaben

Zugangsvoraussetzungen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Vermessungstechniker/-in bzw. Geomatiker/-in

Anforderungsprofil

  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für die eigenen Aufgaben zu übernehmen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und ein kollegiales, zuverlässiges Auftreten
  • Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den übertragenen Aufgaben
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
